First Mode Solutions was commissioned by Wiwynn, a global leader in cloud IT infrastructure, to design and implement a sophisticated technological ecosystem. The project focused on bridging the communication gap between local operations and overseas factories through high-end video conferencing, while ensuring workplace safety and comfort through specialized acoustic engineering.

1. Global Multi-Function Hall

 

A flagship space designed for large-scale town halls and seamless cross-border collaboration.

• Visual Excellence: High-definition LED Visual Walls paired with PTZ Cameras for dynamic, broadcast-quality coverage of speakers and audience members.

• Control Center: Integrated Blackmagic Design Switchers to manage multi-camera feeds and professional video transitions for overseas streaming.

• Audio Infrastructure: A comprehensive Digital Audio System featuring interference-free Wireless Microphone Systems to ensure crystal-clear voice pickup across the entire hall.

 

2. Corporate Conference Suites

 

We outfitted Wiwynn’s executive office spaces with streamlined conferencing technology, optimized for day-to-day hybrid meetings and high-level decision-making.

 

3. Industrial Sound Analysis

 

Beyond AV integration, First Mode Solutions conducted a professional Sound & Noise Level Analysis within Wiwynn’s factory environment.

• Objective: To identify peak noise zones and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

• Outcome: Provided data-driven recommendations for acoustic treatment to improve worker well-being and communication clarity on the factory floor.
